The NorthEast Seacoast Unit
We are one of 40 plus chapters of The Herb Society of America. We are based out of the seacoast of New Hampshire and meet in and around the area. Follow us on Facebook at Facebook.com/NESUnit
Due to ongoing concerns with COVID we are currently not meeting. To learn more about what our national operations visit HerbSociety.org
We hold a yearly plant and herb sale in May at the Holy Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Newington, NH. The sale includes a selection of organic, native, and member grown plants.
We hold herb study groups in members’ homes. Here we study in-depth individual herbs or a selection of herbs including
herb(s) profile, complete a project using the herb(s), and enjoy
herbal tasty treats .
Proceeds from our plant sale are used to support gardening projects in and around the seacoast. This includes supporting programs in food insecure areas.
